Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Your allotted time is reserved exclusively for you. To maintain the integrity of our schedule, please note the following:

In the event of a no‑show for the scheduled meeting, no fees will be refunded.
If an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, no fees will be refunded.
A new appointment will only be scheduled after a payment of 50% of the original consultation fee is made.
